This fun-filled class is designed for toddlers and their grown-ups to explore movement, balance, and coordination together! With the guidance of our caring instructors, little ones will develop motor skills, strength, and confidence through age-appropriate gymnastics activities, songs, and obstacle courses. Parents actively participate in class, helping their child stretch, jump, roll, and discover the joy of movement in a safe and supportive environment. It’s the perfect way to bond, burn energy, and build the foundation for a lifelong love of fitness and fun!

Our Kinder Gym class is designed for independent little movers who are ready to explore gymnastics on their own! At this age, children are eager to learn, follow directions, and build confidence without a parent’s help. In this fun and structured class, gymnasts will work on basic skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, balance, and coordination through stations and creative drills. Our coaches encourage listening, teamwork, and trying new things—all while keeping it playful and exciting! It’s the perfect step toward developing strength, discipline, and a love for gymnastics.

The goal of Beginner class is to provide a place to explore the fundamentals of gymnastics on all 4 events (Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor), with inclusion of basic flexibility and strength building! Beginner 1 focuses on bravery, body awareness, coordination and balance all while having fun and being active for 50 minutes of gymnastics.

Our Future Stars Pre-Team Program is where tomorrow’s champions get their start! 🌟Designed for kids who are more advanced than beginners, Future Stars introduces athletes to competitive-style training and the core skills they’ll need to be ready for the team. Athletes learn to train like team gymnasts — building strength, mastering new skills, and developing a love for goal-oriented progress in a fun, supportive environment. 💪🤸♀️
